Who is Christina Miesen?

When I tell people I’m an illustrator, they often tell me they can’t draw.

That’s ok, because I can’t dive into a pool, run faster than a twelve year old, or burp on demand.

I can, however, put heaps of coins on my elbow and catch them with the same hand, sing out of tune, and carry a bunch of cars and trucks all at once (ok, toy cars and trucks).

Now I can also tell people I’m an author. I usually go on to explain that if I can write, anyone can! It also happens to be the best fun.

Christina studied Graphic Design at Swinburne University, and went on to become an illustrator.

Her work has featured in numerous magazines and books since 1993.
